Data and beta limitations

What you submit

Your account, errors, Blueprints, execution data and feedback are stored on the operator’s server. Personal analyses are private. Analyses in a client workspace are accessible to its owner and team members according to their roles. Members cannot see your personal analyses. Some recognized secrets are redacted before storage, but this is not full anonymization. Remove unnecessary personal data and secrets before importing.

Usage

The diagnostic engine runs on the server without sending Blueprints to an external model or Make. Feedback does not automatically update the knowledge base. Billing, when enabled, uses Stripe; card details do not pass through FixScenario.

Your checks

You can view, export and delete each analysis. Account deletion is available in settings when no subscription is running. Backup copies follow the retention period set by the operator.

History and usage accounting

Solo provides access to analyses from the last 30 days. Agency and existing trials have no viewing time limit. The end of viewing access does not mean physical deletion: the operator must define retention and backup policies before launch. A technical log records each calculation’s status and credit usage without copying execution data. Ambiguous, insufficiently supported or contradictory results do not use credits. A leading hypothesis with medium or high confidence may use a credit; this does not certify a successful fix.

Diagnostic limitations

Guidance is conditional. FixScenario does not verify execution in Make or guarantee resolution. A “resolved” result reflects your report.

Before public launch

This page describes the beta’s technical operation. The operator’s identity and contact details, hosting provider, retention periods and contractual terms must be completed before collecting tester data on a deployed service.
